Australian Health Accelerator (AHx) Program
AHx program is a catalyst for validating and commercialising new, innovative health related products and services with access to state-of-the-art facilities, simulation suites and laboratories.
Whether you have a great idea that needs to get off the ground or you’re already trading and looking to scale up, this program steers your venture in the right direction with tried and tested industry specific tools, resources and international connections. This is the first delivery of the Australian Health Accelerator program in Moreton Bay and Brisbane. The program will find, fund and accelerate 10 ambitious businesses from across Moreton Bay, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast, giving them the skills, connections and opportunities they need to take their business to the next level.

Program Director
Ms. Tamara Mills is Managing Director of ImpactXHealth, an organization supporting the growth and development of the Australasian health innovation ecosystem through both accelerating company growth and facilitating strategic investments into early stage start-ups through to small cap publicly listed companies involved in the development of breakthrough medical and healthcare technologies.
Tamara has founded, funded and led a number of companies at the intersection of healthcare and the creative industries, including Glucotek, De Motu Cordis, merging design and science to disrupt current state of care, and has a track record in both successful capital raising and driving asset growth. Tamara currently sits on the Expert Investment Advisory Committee of Uniseed advising on investment decisions in the emerging health technology space and actively manages the venture capital funds for Creative Enterprise Australia.
Tamara has extensive experience in the commercialization of innovative medical technologies across the United States, Japan, Brazil, Europe and Australia, having held executive level positions within Australia and internationally at both publicly listed and private companies. Tamara has a strong track record in portfolio asset management in commercial radiopharmaceutical space having previously managed the pipeline product portfolio for Jubilant life sciences.
