As a Dietitian I have a passion for improving health through nutrition. I became aware of the role of fermented foods and health and started making them. My friends started wanting to buy them and from there the journey started. We now make raw sauerkraut, kombucha, jun and water kefir and sell through a number of retail outlets.

It’s the most beautiful place in the world. The fresh air from the sea, the rainforest and incredibly fresh produce help produce our high quality product.
I can’t eat rogan josh without ‘Australian Sun’ Kraut anymore. The crunch, tang and colour of the kraut enhance the flavour of the curry.
